HZ Solutions has test facilities. At HZ, products are sometimes tested in the preliminary phase. These tests are then organized in consultation with the customer. During the production process, our products are measured according to an AQL method or according to another useful method. The products are often measured on a Keyence measuring device.
This is in fact an accurate projector, with an integrated computer system. For each product, a program is written before the FOT (First Out of Tool). This program contains all important drawing sizes. Measures that cannot be measured with this device are measured with a vernier caliper or micrometer.
